Each reactor physics test program involved around the clock coverage for 6 to 10 days with a team size of 4 to 7 people while aboard a submarine or a land-based nuclear reactor prototype.

* Prepared detailed engineering test procedures and test reports, which confirmed proper nuclear reactor design and/or demonstrated design limitations.

PROJECT MANAGER
(Mountain Ltd. / AT&T – Hoffman Estates, IL 2007 to Present)
* Managed Project Lightspeed for AT&T as a contractor. Managed two of the five Midwest states including change management of fiber to the node projects. Used MS Excel and Access to manipulate and monitor progress.

QUOTING MANAGER
(National Plastics and Seals, Inc. -- Lake Zurich, IL 2004 to 2007)
* Prepared quotes for clients, requested quotes from vendors, entered sales orders and purchase orders, expedited orders, and ran daily production meetings for this small plastics distributor. Proficient in order entry and order processing using PolyLogic software. Used MS Excel to estimate material, labor, and freight costs for quotes and material yield for parts from standard sheet sizes.

(Sears Hardware -- Lake In The Hills, IL 2002 to 2004)
* Managed lawn and garden department retails sales and retail sales employees. Serviced customers regarding tools, hardware, paint, household, lawn, and garden products. Used computer technology to check inventory for customers, customer checkout, and perform annual physical inventory.

* Developed web and desktop applications for this software consulting organization of 30 people. Clients included design, telecom, process, and power companies.

PROJECT ENGINEER
(Lockheed Martin Corporation, Martin Marietta, General Electric -- New York State, 1984 to 2000)
* Awarded twice by the Knolls Atomic Power Laboratory (KAPL) general manager while helping this organization of 3000, mostly technical professionals, achieve its goal of successfully designing and developing nuclear reactor technology for the Navy as part of the Naval Reactors Program. My contribution included developing desktop application software, managing technical projects, leading technical teams, manufacturing support, analyzing test data, and preparing reports and procedures.

(Sargent and Lundy Engineers -- Chicago, IL, 1979 to 1984)
* As a Mechanical Engineer in Project Management Division, I Designed and implemented mechanical procurement specifications and organized, coordinated and monitored project related programs. In all, I was assigned to two coal-fired and two nuclear power plant projects. One program I coordinated was a process piping support design for a nuclear power plant.
